Course Overview

The Marine Engineering Officer Cadet Training Course at MMA is designed to prepare future Marine Engineers for rewarding careers in the global merchant navy. Combining in-depth classroom learning with practical workshop training and sea-going experience, the programme provides a structured pathway from cadetship to becoming a competent Marine Engineer, with long-term progression toward the rank of Chief Engineer.

Minimum Entry Criteria

  •  2 “S” Passes for GCE A/Level Examination in Mathematics, Biology or Technology Streams and
  • Minimum “C” pass for English in GCE O/Level Examination
